Things happen, plans change. We understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Please not that appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.

In the event that client is 15+ minutes late, the stylist retains the right to modify or reschedule the service.

We accept all payment methods! Please note that due to increased credit card processing fees, we now charge a 3% fee on all credit and debit card charges.

We want you to love the hair you live in! We do not offer refunds on services provided but we will strive to correct anything you don’t love up to 14 days after the initial appointment.

Yes we do! We do our best to accommodate walk-ins. But our stylists tend to get busy, so we always advise making a reservation ahead of time if you are able to!
