CANCELLATION POLICY

Haricuts & Blowdrys

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice is given we will require a credit card to book your next appointment. If the following appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or is a no-show, the credit card on file will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

HIGHLIGHTS, BALAYAGE, KERATIn, & extensions

To book a highlight, balayage or keratin service, we need to have a credit card on file. In the event that you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will charge your card 50% of the service.

PUNCTUALITY POLICY

In the event that client is 15+ minutes late, the stylist retains the right to modify or reschedule the service.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to love the hair you live in! We do not offer refunds on services provided but we will strive to correct anything you don’t love up to 14 days after the initial appointment.

Due to increased credit card processing fees, we now charge a 2% fee on all credit and debit card charges. We do accept cash and checks.
